At Glovix Media, we strive to provide high-quality services and digital products.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Once a digital resource, template, guide, playbook, or downloadable product has been delivered or accessed, refunds cannot be issued.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The customer was charged multiple times for the same order.
  • The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
  • The purchased product is materially different from its description.

Marketing & Consulting Services

  • Refund eligibility for services will depend on the scope of work completed.
  • If a project has already commenced, any refund amount will be calculated based on work completed and resources allocated.

Subscription Services

  • If any recurring subscription services are offered, customers may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Chargebacks

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and legal action where applicable.
